Five Star Wealth Manager “Best in Client Service”
Elyse Dolph Foster was named in this 1st annual ranking which was based on an independent survey of over 74,000 consumers and financial service professionals to find the “best in client service". She is among an elite group, representing less than seven percent of wealth managers in the Denver area. This ranking is published in the September 2009 issue of 5280 and Colorado Biz magazines.
Wealth Manager’s “2009 Top Wealth Managers”
For the 7th time since 2002, Wealth Manager magazine has honored Harbor as one of the best financial planning firms in the nation. This year we were one of the very few firms to move up significantly in the rankings from 2008 to 2009. Harbor was ranked in the top six firms in the state of Colorado.

Bloomberg Wealth Manager
For the sixth time since 2002 Bloomberg Wealth Manager has honored Harbor Financial Group, Inc. as one of the best financial planning firms in the nation. Bloomberg only considers financial planning firms whose client base includes more than 50% individuals or high net worth individuals as classified by the SEC. This year Harbor received the honor along with just eleven other firms in Colorado. Harbor was ranked in the top six firms in the state.
